"I may have been lucky prwvipibut this was possibly my worst experience staying at a hotel . I paid for early check in as I needed to be somewhere and checked in online the day previous. When I arrived the receptionist said they had no rooms as the person the day before had taken payments but not done something on the system so she had no rooms she can allocate.
