"Location, location, location. This property was walking distance to everything. The amenities included fridge and microwave. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star review was elevator service. It was extremely slow!"

"There is $ma destination fee, $35 a day from a day you check in and check out. But you can use to purchase Starbucks coffee and food at the lobby and bar afternoon. If you don’t use it, you’ll be still charged $35 a day. Ed Sheeran gives you two ticket of the Guten HAIM Museum or two hours like rental at the Central Park. Our room was 21st floor which has not been remodeled. Our room was clean, but furnitures were old. Great strong shower and very comfortable bed!"

"Was overall a wonderful hotel to stay at! The front desk lady could have been a little more friendly. Saying hello and welcoming instead of “do you have luggage hear. And the cleaning crew could have picked a different time to vacuum the lobby for it was hard to hear while checking in as a result of the loud vacuum. And it was hard to hear everything appon checking in. And the toilet paper holder was broken. But the room was spaciest. The property was in a great location. "

"Location was perfect. Layout was accessible. Very clean. Even during peak traffic hours, things moved along steadily. Only complaint is at the end of our trip. I was an obviously tired woman, with a young son in tow, and at 6am in the lobby with multiple suitcases, I let the friendly concierge gentleman give me a bottle of water, a seat, and the promise of a hotel car to take me to LaGuardia "at the same price as a yellow cab!". I was relieved for the help and didn't question. Suprise, surprise, the car service was twice as expensive which I learned at the end of the trip. Don't be midwestern naïve like me. Have a good stay!! "

"We booked 4 rooms for 8 people in February for a May 2nd one night stay. Nowhere did it say that the hotel was closed for a long time and reopening the day before our stay. They were disorganized, not prepared for guests. Many rooms weren’t even being used yet. They first told us this reservation had been cancelled when they couldn’t find it. It took a very long time for us to check in the 4 rooms. All night the heat ran in the rooms and we couldn’t turn it down. It was very hot! The rooms didn’t even have plastic cups to be used in the bathroom. On our floor outside the elevators there were a lot of boxes with supplies and it was quite messy. Despite the challenges we experienced, the bar area was nice and modern. And the hotel is in a very good location."
