"The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant has very limited hours. Hard to find nearby restaurants. They were playing very loud music until late at night. I believe they cater to large groups. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay for a night. We took a 2nd class train from Siena the night before our flight home. The train stopped right infront of the complex. There are two hotels - we stayed in at Fiero 2 which you get to by walking the overpass but it's litterly 50 meters away. "Showers flooded our first room poorly designed showers that don't drain properly doors didn’t close flooded the bathroom. Body wash was almost empty in our second room since we had to leave the first room. Bed in the first room very hard basically a box spring. They did accommodate us to a new room but same issue with the shower. My recommendation would be to have maintenance install properly equipped showers that don't leak water because it’s dangerous to have water leak with electronics or...

"We had a wonderful time here, everything was clean neat and tidy. Plenty of amenities and options. The indoor pool is included with the spa so if you're wanting to use it you have to pay extra. Additionally, we booked this hotel due to laundry services being offered but we didn't utilize it becuase you pay per item and I didnt want to pay $7 for a single shirt being cleaned.
