" We cant thank your trainee staff enough for such a friendly caring reception after our flight from Miami.
Dabira and Jamie were most courteous and kindly allowed early admitance to our room. This made our stay sublime as were exhausted.
They selected a superb spacious room with views a large bathroom with separate bath and fantastic shower. A luxurious treat after a rather small cruise cabin!
The huge bed and pillows were a dream.
Ice machines are avaliable and a fridge large enough to chill...

"Our room was clean and welcoming. We knew having stayed here before what to expect. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful, supplying us with extra pillows. Our Jack Russell settled in quickly and there were grassy areas to walk her.
Everything went well during our stay. The only thing I would suggest is more plugs in the room. "

"Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities.
For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality "
