"The two men working on reception late at night when we checked in were excellent. Rooms clean, good bathroom but sofa-bed was terrible. Breakfast was fine with a good selection. Great bonus that our car parking was validated so no charge for my husband coming to collect us. Would definitely use again."

"Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

"Absolutely loved staying in the hotel. Liked the way they catered breakfast earlier. We had a flight at 6: o'clock. Breakfast was from 4: o'clock."

"Very enjoyable stay with my 2 cats as we was visiting The Supreme cat show in Liverpool the following day. The room was pretty warm and could do with Air con. But all in all a comfortable stay."

"Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired."

"Arrived to food in the fridge, scraps in the sink and a dirty bathroom. No hand towels or soap, and the beds looked slept in. There was a phone charger plugged in at the sofa. Looks like someone is living there. The landlord refunded in full, seems their cleaner may have misled them so not necessarily their fault but wouldn't stay again"

"Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."
