"The resort is beautiful but the swim .up bar it’s located at the children pool so the kids have to deal with a bunch of drunken people My opinion is changing the adults only pool to kids pool and the pool with the bar into adults only my family see a man pass out drunk and people carry him out the pool not a great experience to remember about their vacation and the bathrooms by the pool needs not slippery floor mats, the rest of the resort is beautiful and the attention is great, great food nice shows"

"All in all we were treated very well by all the staff, very helpful and polite. And the location is perfect for walking, dining and general people watching. Lots of families with kids but we weren’t bothered at all by this. Again, great location and we will be staying here again."

"Had a great time at Hilton Riverera. Being vegetarians it is always tough to be in a all inclusive place but they made it easy by having specialized menu in all the restaurants. They are very careful about our dietery needs. I will recommend this all inclusive place to relax and enjoy . There was no hidden cost for anything and it was a great stay."
