Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. The location of the home is near to several other historical landmarks/ museums, the Strand, and the Seawall. "The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience."

Leaking toilet supply line (was fixed later on first day), water dripping from ceiling during rains, gap under entry door an inch high that could allow insects entry, cold water shower, slow draining bathroom sink, parking was on the street and first come first serve, television connection failed multiple times.
