"Although we only stayed for a night. The apartment was not clean furniture, broken stains on the floor and wall. People sleeping in front of the building. Not recommended"

"Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. "Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you....

"Staff was good for communication but property was not clean. You will feel smoke near to lift area and before entering your room. I had requested for Crib during reservation but they denied that they don't provide Crib. Please arrange your own breakfast as they provide only Coffee, Muffin, 2-3 Packed item etc. They didn't provide utensils and when I requested lot of items were not available and I got only some Plates, spoon, Pan etc. which I had to carry from their store room to my room. "Loved the stay. The unit was super clean and just beautiful. The location was perfect. absolutely. The only complaint is that the electronic door lock was very difficult to lock. unlocked just fine."
