"Many issues but the biggest was communication. I emailed many days before coming but recieved no response reguarding pick up from airport, early baggage drop off and making sure we were set up with 2 twins. I finally called hotels.com to see if i had booking. All my other hotels had sent me instuctions for my arrival. This one didnt.
Day b4 they finally messaged but didnt respond to my email, just asked for checkin time. Never picked up from airport, and no 2 beds as requested( both options at...

"Perfect location for access to night out in trastevere while also being able to walk to most of Romes attractions easily as it is evenly spaced between Vatican and Colosseum. Felt very safe and easy to access. Only downside was limited hot water and no shower curtain made showers difficult."

"We stayed in a Classic room, which the hotel tells you is a separate entrance. What the hotel neglected to mention was the separate entrance is down outside stairs through a room, up a few steps, through an outdoor courtyard, down a couple more steps and down a small hall to an elevator. That would have been helpful information when choosing a room.
Choose your room carefully.
Staff is friendly and helpful."
