"This property has absolutely gorgeous views. It has an old world Spanish Mexican mix feel you would not expect in hill country. The main limiting factor is there is not any lunch or dinner options Sunday through Thursday. You would need to drive into town or be very creative with the food supplies you bring with you. "

"Evers House is a beautiful historic home. Our room had high ceilings and original hardwood floors. The bed was super comfortable, the ac worked great, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels, quiet and private. We loved the breakfast in the picnic basket by our door every morning, the shady front porch, and hanging out by the fire pit under the big oak tree. "Very interesting property. Swiss Theme. Separate, well equipped cabins for your stay. Very peaceful and scenic: babbling brook, wildlife. We were there on a Tuesday & Wednesday evening so couldn’t experience the Club, etc. Convenient to Fredericksburg town center, et. al. Is it worth $330. + per night? Probably not, but I am glad we experienced the property."
