"I booked a king room. When we arrived, the young man at the desk said all the king rooms were gone and they could give me a double king suite. I said as long as I had a king bed like I had booked. We got to our room and it was two full beds! The elevators are not marked either and the young man did not give us good instructions on getting to our room. The elevators are in the middle of the two lower room hallways with no signage. It is a bit confusing. The man that checked me in wasn't helpful in any way."
