The view from the apartment was stunning! We were 23 B. Very good set out in a 2x2 with balcony. The drains blocked up in the ensuite shower but cleared when it was off. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Perhaps limited reception hours were a bit awkward. We would stay there again though. The building is older but the facilities were good.

The apartment had an unusual layout and felt more like a house, it was larger than expected, all rooms were large and the laundry was a full laundry not just a washing machine in a cupboard. It would be easy to live permanently in this place which is what I think it was initially designed for. I will definitely book here again

Excellent location easy walking distance to strip and beach large clean apartment with huge balcony with views 180 degrees from mountain to beach couldn’t praise enough staff at reception so nice and helpful will definitely be staying again

Stayed only one night, got a special on Wotif in a high occupancy period so wasn’t expecting too much. The room was beautiful though, plenty of room. Everything clean and the view was fantastic.

Liked the choice of pools. Didn't like having to pay extra for tennis racquets. Apartment was clean and had a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Didn't like the dumpsters and bins beside the entrance of the carpark lifts, the smell can get quite offensive during the summer. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We were moved from one property to other for better experience.Unfortunately there was same issue.we spent our whole time in moving and packing.it wasn’t very relaxing holidays for us.we have two young kids and was too much hassle.It wasn’t apartment people fault.I will be very careful with booking in future.i sent my email through ton 26/1/2024.But no one has contacted me so far.

Has nice view, big space. Have all kitchen needs, fairly clean, indoor pool/spa. close to everything. Though the spa only worked on our first day. laundry washing machine and dryer wasn't working, alarm went off twice during our 3 nights stay. Turns out it was false alarm but here was no easy access to emergency chart or instruction. Didn't know where we were supposed to go to get to emergency point. Not so much recourses for tourists. Couldn't get more towel for free.

Great size, good internet service , comfy bed, pillows terrible made sleeping difficult, lovely bathroom, age of the property was evident as the windows and sliding doors are eroding and wind whistled all throughout the indoors were difficult to close. We also had parking but were not able to use at all as first they forgot to leave map of space the next day there was a bollard in the spot and was not given a key till next day then the key to the bollard wouldn’t work and each time there were no staff to correct the issue. The unit was in a good area with nice views and the staff did attempt to fix our issues

The property needs an upgrade . I booked out two bedroom ocean view apartment which required maintenance . Aircon in the lounge and bedroom wasn’t working , very important for me as I don’t like the cold. Their wasn’t a tv in the main room and tv wasn’t smart.Ceilings looked like it was falling apartment.Did request for another room, request not granted. On a positive, views where amazing.

Disappointing service and outdated room

Our holiday apartment was on second floor, very noisy. Garbage truck and maintenance vehicles woke us up before 5 am, the building’s aircon units were making noises all night. The apartment needs desperately updating, all furniture is outdated, the carpet is disgusting and smells of cigarette (non smoking room!). The customer service was also disappointing as when I expressed my concerns about the above, no one responded to my email or returned my call. Wouldn’t recommend this place to families.

The place has a great location and offers a nice view, but is completely filthy and run-down, overpriced for what it offers, the ceiling is peeling and some mould marks, I doubt they do any clean up between rentals and only rely on the cleaning done by the guests. The toilet smelling like wee as soon as we walked into the apartment, we informed about it and only the toilet and stains from the wardrobe walls and floor were cleaned. I didn't dare to use the toaster, vacuum or pots as they were disgustingly dirty, the fidge and cupboard were the toaster and microwave are have a very bad smell and were dirty as well as around and the stove full of food stains (lack of cleaning) and the cupboard on top of he stove sticky with grasse stains, everything super dusty. When I booked the place it stated housekeeping as included, but when I checked in was told there's no housekeeping and if I wanted it arranged would cost extra. Towels and bedsheets not changed once during almost a week stay. We had a few cold days and when the blankets were needed they had stains of all types from food to blood, I'm sure if a UV light is used this place would be closed for business. I don't recommend it, the only positive is the location, but not even accesible friendly.

We stayed about 5 days, since the first day arrived there, the smoke alarm kept ringing. The whole flat is no noise and could not sleep at night because the alarm was on as well. Reported to the reception, they were nice and said would figure it out, but didn’t. It is not worth to stay there.

Traumhafter Blick in Top Lage

Wunderschönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (App 29 D) Check in hat wunderbar geklapppt. Leider war das Reinigungsteam wohl etwas in Eile. Haare auf dem Boden, Sand in der Badewanne, Bettlaken hatte ein 20cm großes Loch.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at The Aegean. Initially we were given room 9A which was a nightmare. It looks as though it hasn't been updated since the early 90's and is very dusty. The ensuite had a strong bleach smell and the shower head needs replacing. The apartment is so bare it felt empty and depressing, which is quite a feat considering the area it's in. The drapes are awful, dusty/dirty and so outdated. My son couldn't breathe properly even with increasing his asthma medication. After 2 nights I spoke to reception, who were lovely and understanding. Within a couple of hours they had secured another room (room 19B) and our holiday instantly transformed to memorable (for good reasons) from the moment we walked in. The owner has done a lovely job of decorating the apartment, it feels like a home away from home. The only complaint about this apartment is that you really should put insect nets on the security doors, otherwise our stay was fantastic. We loved that is was so close to everything and the view was amazing. The indoor pool was perfect as there were a number of rainy days. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool as the weather wasn't warm enough but the gardens look beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
