Convenient location with a few amenities (restaurants, shops, lightrail) closeby. We had lovely views of the water from our mid level until allocated.
Check in and reception service was smooth, but opening hours were minimal, and so were any further assistance for questions and other matters for the stay.
Parking was a complete joke, and the underground carpark is a tortuous blind maze. Left access was pretty poor, especially when one of two lifts were utilized for removalist, trades, and other sevices.
Unit was suuny, light, and comfortable(somewhat minimally) furnished, but room amenities were old, broken, and unhygenic.
Althought superficially clean, our unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. We found dust balls, gritty/sticky(caked on dust) carpet, and dead/live cockroaches with associated droppings in all areas of the kitchen.
Perhaps a regular schedule of deep clean (carpet shampoo, wipe inside cupboards, pest treatment, dryclean throws/cushions/couch) would have made a difference. First 2days of our stay was spent buying cleaning products and additionally cleaning the unit.
Our scheduled weekly “service” didnt turn up, and reception wasnt able to specify a time for their visit.
For the price, I think there are better accomodation options, and we are unlikely to return.
