"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Excellent hotel, comfortable, clean, and well decorated room. Had all the amenities, aircon, and luggage storage. Nice little back garden area and a coffee machine at the reception, both of which were great to have. Excellent value for money. The staff were polite and helpful. Tube stop about 7 mins away, supermarket and lots of pubs/restaurants nearby. There is no lift, which was not an issue for us, but might be for some as the stair are somewhat steep."

"The best about this place was the friendly staff. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and supermarkets and to a train station, so is really easy to move around. The bedrooms are small but recently renovated and clean. The fact that they have air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave."
