"Love the hotel"

"Stayed at W hotel last year. Significant down grade in service and quality Not a 5 star anymore. More like a 4. Breakfast not as good. Room ok. But cost up at least 20%, and less offered. Not likely return."

"The buffet breakfast was solid & as good as they usually are. They had bacon one day, which I rarely see. The room was clean and bathroom was as well."

"Clean room,, airport shuttle"

"It was perfect. Shuttled from the airport, straight there. Check in and out seamless. The staff was so friendly to Americans. Made me feel right at home. Slept the sleep of the dead, so tired. The bed was nice. Uber pulled up right next to the door. Convenient and easy! Little store inside was nice. I would definitely book again if I'm ever in Vancouver."

"Convenient for eating in Richmond. The showers are not very safe for elderly parents. It's a bit slippery with not a lot of ways to stabilize in shower. The free coffee machine was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was a bit outdated. Some switches and lights were old and didn't work."
