"This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. "I'm not a fan of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area to begin with, so that probably effected my ratings. They both try so hard to be the next Branson, and Gatlinburg is just too small of an area for that many people. "The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting.
