"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Fantastic stay! The hotel is designed in such a way that most rooms have a view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathtub. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived jet lagged. The location is unbeatable, and there is a convenient cafe on the first floor. Would definitely recommend"

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Many transportation options around the hotel. The restaurant is also very nice - food was great, so was the staff. Breakfast was incredible. There was a big construction site right in front of the hotel, which made for very loud mornings - I wish this was informed previously. For some reason, our housekeeper left our window open everyday after cleaning which left the room so cold when we arrived late after sightseeing. Also, the room...
