"Pur third visit in three years. Flemings is a superb hotel. Reception and concierge are consistently efficient, friendly and no request is too much...whether it be arranging a taxi, extra tea bags late at night. We had an Executive room ok this visit and were given a fantastic spacious corner room. Cleanliness, comfort and room facilities are excellent. The finishes are also very good. "The hotel was on The Strand, Central London. Everything is nearby!"

"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"The decorating is spectacular. Staff very pleasant and room gorgeous. However a nasty surprise to find the addition of a 60 pound service charge for staff, discretionary, which we had removed. This should be covered by the room charges which are very high indeed. "
