"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and informative, we came for the London Marathon so they were able to store our bags for the day, we did have a little bar food in the hotel which was nice, everything was clean and the room was big and spacious, it’s right next to Canary Wharf station 5mins walk so accessible to going into main London, couldn’t really fault it. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"Did not have breakfast. One of my party was running marathon so just needed toast - which they could supply but it would cost £25 (the full price of breakfast) Can the rules not be bend sometimes?????"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not match what I had originally booked, as we were given two single beds instead of the expected setup. There was also a noticeable issue with humidity and mould in the room, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective. Additionally, we were only provided with one towel despite being two people, which felt careless and inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend...

Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."
