"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"I always like this hotel because of the location and reasonable price. However some things could be modernized (e.g. TV and kettle) and an ironing and iron could be provided. Breakfast was very good. The room was facing the sun and extremely hot in the room (no aircon just a fan). I would stay here again because I like it, but some small adjustments it could much better."

"Staff were very helpful especially on the front desk. Room was clean. The health club is separate to the hotel but access is granted by swapping your room key for a gym fob. Riverside views from the room. The chrome cast in our room didn’t work, the staff offered to switch our rooms, but we’d just asked for the twin beds to be made into 2 singles, so remained for the convenience. We noticed a foul smell from the wardrobe which soaked into my friend’s clothes that she hung in there. We’re not...

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

"Pros: 1) Nice room size for 2, though luggage space was more limited in Standard room compared to Corner room (I stayed in both). 2) Comfortable bed and space for things 3) Corner room with the couch was nice but the TV placing is a bit awkward. 4) Very clean room. 5) AC works well; took quite long to cool down on Day 1 (maybe because of the heatwave). "Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Check in was swift and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, only downside was that the hand soap was empty, there was a large stain on the carpet and the air conditioning didn’t seem to adjust and the room was very warm. Breakfast was very good and checkout easy."
