"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"The room on arrival didn’t have the aircon on and so was 28C - I messaged reception and was told it would cool down in a few hours. Worse though was that it had the stench of sewage and a strange and overpowering cherry smell as well but it has been a long day at work so the idea of going back down late at night wasn’t appealing. The outside of the hotel looks great but that architectural flair isn’t carried into the interior which is dated, drab and beginning to look worn.
