"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"The property has no carpark. £26 a night to park in carpark short walk from hotel. Room was very small, hardly any space to move around. Kettle was always leaking when pouring, hot water every where. The staff could look better if they wore trousers rather than jeans. Especially in the restaurant."

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"Excellent location for the O2. The hotel even has it's own walkway and entrance to the O2. Clean room, comfy beds and a great breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The beauty of the hotel is it’s age and decor. Old in style, but very clean. We had a large Crown Double room overlooking the heath (we always do). Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice and plentiful."

"The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way."
