"What a lovely property with extremely friendly front staff. Easily accessable via Elizabeth or Jubilee line, quiet and dog friendly wirh a lovely park behind the building. Wonderful staff at check-in and throughout. Would highly recommend. Quiet at night, really worth it. Will be back."

Check in was quick and informative, we came for the London Marathon so they were able to store our bags for the day, we did have a little bar food in the hotel which was nice, everything was clean and the room was big and spacious, it’s right next to Canary Wharf station 5mins walk so accessible to going into main London, couldn’t really fault it. "

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."
