"We stayed here for an affordable option close to the O2 arena, it was very clean, and the staff (specifically Simon) were so welcoming, accommodating and helpful, he managed to find us a room and get us checked in early so that we could leave our stuff in our room due to having plans out that afternoon. "I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "

"This hotel sits right by two major bus stops that will get you into London with ease. Our room faced the street and still was soundproof. The room comes with central AC which was a blessing during their hot wave. Theres restaurants nearby and a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Its also very close to a tube station."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
