Hotel dekat Konservatorium Musik dan Tari Trinity Laban

"The hotel was amazing, close to the tube station, beautifully decorated. Rita and co was so helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back and try the cocktail bar."

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"

"Hotel was not the easiest to find and we ended up checking in at the sister hotel and then being shown where the correct location of our hotel was. All staff were friendly, the room was clean and there were plenty of towels available. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but we only had 2 coffee bags for 2 people staying for 3 nights, these weren’t topped up at any point throughout the stay. When we arrived on the Friday evening we had no hot water in the room but it was late so we just left...

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. I also noticed that quite few of the customers received the wrong order, and it had to be sent back to the kitchen, then they had to wait whilst the correct food was prepared."

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Awful service"

"Service gut, Lage zentral"

"Great location & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Bar always seemed to be understaffed however. A little tired decor wise but the rooms were clean."

"Really clean room and friendly staff"

"Poor responss"
