"We arrived late. So obviously wanted to get checked in quickly. It was slow and the girl on reception was abrupt! We then went upstairs to get ready. My partner was using the hairdryer, which blew up, I immediately went downstairs to get a replacement. I was told housekeeping would bring one up later! I stressed the point it was needed asap. However, again I was told it was the job of housekeeping. So my partner could not dry her hair. Finally when we arrived back about 11.40 we were told the...

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. "Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen. Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. "Very small room and bed, very noisy on level 19 due to swimming pool on level 20, also very hot with no AC, reported TV not working and they said it was a building and could not fix it."

"Excellent location to access the O2, clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff team. Only real complaint was the drainage of the bathroom sink. It was almost completely blocked with extremely slow drainage leaving the sink dirty after every use. There was also no shower gel however staff responded very quickly and replaced the bottle very swiftly. Despite these relatively minor complaints I would still recommend the hotel. "
