"The place was rated an 8 but that is incorrect. We got a basic room and it was nice. Definitely more a 3! . We did see a cockroach at one point. The maid service was great! We did not have a beach view but we would walk over to an area and see the beach perfectly. Beautiful. . The price was okay .. but I found it cheaper at other online place too late! The staff was always helpful in getting us Taxi.. We loved walking around Zona Romantica!!"

"Paid for all inclusive and they had "premium" options so it wasnt really all inclusive. Front desk tried to upsell SPAs everytime they saw us . Had early check in and the concierge said room would be ready in about half an hour but waited almost 2 hours for it. Paid extra for a private beach dinner and when we showed up they weren't ready, they said you can come back tomorrow or wait about an hour an a half very unprofessional.
