"Such a warm and welcoming hotel. Staff from the doormen, to the front desk and house keepers were all lovely. Rooms were immaculate and well kept. The hotel sent us a bottle of bubbly and a dessert for my birthday. The location can’t be beat. Rooms were also so quiet. Quite a bit larger and more spacious than I expected as well. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure you had what you needed. They even gave me an iPhone charger when I realized I didn’t pack one. The hotel gives a luxurious vibe. There is a club, restaurants and two bars on site. My only regret is not having more time to enjoy all of what the hotel has to offer!!! I will stay here next time I’m in London. "

"Travelling for a business trip. The staff are fantastic. From a friendly check in to wonderful butlers (Hamza is a legend!!) I stayed in a studio room which was very comfortable and practical for a 5 night stay with a sofa area, large desk, bar, and large bathroom. "

"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you"

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."
