"Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

"This is an exceptional property that is to be very highly recommended. First of all, the location is excellent, being just two blocks away from Marble Arch - close enough for convenience, but away from the crowds. The property has also just been renovated with a lot of taste and attention to detail (all the way down to simple things like the hairdryer and hair straightener, which are top notch).
