"Everything was good for a "budget 5-star hotel". Keep in mind this is a boutique hotel and spaces and amenities are small and limited. I have no complains but on the other hand I was not blown away by anything either."

"Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."

"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"

"Overall great experience! I stayed in the room with the double bed and it was definitely very small but did what it needed to do. I didn’t love the bathroom (no barrier with the shower) but it was also fine for what we needed. Also, if you’re going in the summer, the hotel has amazing AC! The location was great and the staff were super nice and helpful. Would stay again!"
