"Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean if a little small but the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was dead quiet in the night. We had breakfast which was great especially the coffee. Check in/out was smooth and trouble free. Great location for theatres and shopping trips."

I thought the breakfast was excellent - ordered an English breakfast. The location was close to the Marble Arch to sight see a few places; and close to the train station and bus station.
