"A very unique experience, like saying in someone’s brownstone. Front desk staff lovely, helped us change our rooms upon arrival as we were in lower basement floor and not happy. Night bartender however was sort of rude and not helpful. Fireplace in lobby was lit and cozy for our arrival, but we never saw it lit again for the 3 days we stayed there. Breakfast could have been a tad better, since they had a chef and a kitchen. Plates from kitchen good, but buffet bakery items, were not great....

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"
