"The room was very nice and spacious. Heated floors in the bathroom was a big plus! My room was quite and the bed is very comfortable.
Two negatives regarding this hotel. First, some of the staff seemed very snooty. Second, upon my check out, the attendant told me that I owed $300 "discretionary fee". When I told him that I was not informed of this when I checked in he told me that he would remove it. I am not sure if it was taken out of my incidental fee since it has not been credited to...

"Hotel is in an excellent location just off Oxford Street and Edgware Road area so lots of restaurants, and shops but is extremely quiet.
