"Clean and spacious room, but too many mosquitoes in parking space, hotel lobby and even room. Has swimming pool and elevator which are plus point for me.we booked room without breakfast as we wanted to explore Surabaya culinary.Must pay 100k IDR deposit for 2nd room card."

"The room is spacious. They are friendly and polite, although we can't ask for more pillow, coz they will charge for 25 idr for more pillow. We can't sleep in saturday night bcoz the road is very noisy and we can hear the sound very clearly on the room. We hear the sound of sirine, motorcylce all the night. And the next day we fixed the window so we can reduce the sound. I think they should change the window into patent glass so the sound from the road won't disturb us"
