"Mi experiencia fue muy mala en este hotel, desde que llegué la atención del personal fue pésima, no me dieron la habitación que reservé el hotel argumentó que era problema de la operadora que ellos no tenían la culpa de que estuvieran llenos y dd no poder darme la habitación que reserve, afortunadamente Expedia respondió bien y me cambió de hotel, pésimo hotel y excelente y gran servicio de Expedia."

"This hotel has very poor food quality and is much more expensive than expected for a 5-star hotel. I would honestly recommend staying at another hotel for this price. The food was terrible, the glasses were dirty, and they even brought me a glass that still had red lipstick marks and someone else’s water stains on it. The pools were also dirty and not well maintained. Very disappointing experience."
