"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Fornøyd med hotellet, men litt skuffet over brannalarm som gikk 2 morninger på rad. Litt spesiel baderomsløsning, men ellers var rommet helt supert. Veldig god frokost! Hotellet hadde gåavstand til veldig mange severdigheter."

"Stayed for 3 nights (2 adults, 1 child). Great staff and great facilitities. Shower was warm and the A/C was working perfectly. Only bummer were the tiny shower and tiny (short) beds. I'm 1.83m (6ft), and my feet were hanging off the bed when laying straight."

"Great location, but the rooms are ridiculously small (check the Square footage). Unless you are traveling alone with only carry-on sized luggage and don't mind cramped spaces I would look elsewhere."

"A traditional style hotel, everything in good order. The Paddington location is excellent (I booked it because I had an early start); close to Hyde Park, the immediate area has lots of good small shops for basics, and the walk to Edgware Road is short. As advertised, there is no air conditioning (pretty standard for London), but the room temp was fine, and there is a fan in the room. Overall, a very good option."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. The king sized bed was large and comfortable with high end sheets and pillows. The bathroom was huge and had a shower, separate tub, and great lighting. There were robes slippers and nice...
