"I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight, and unfortunately it was disappointing.
The room felt more like a portacabin than a hotel room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the overall build quality felt very cheap and plasticky. Even basic amenities were lacking; there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and you have to go to another floor if you want a hot drink, which is inconvenient.

"Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area!
The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. The bar, restaurant and food service teams were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making guests feel genuinely valued throughout their stay.

"Great staff that are professional and very welcoming. A credit to the business from reception, the bar and the restaurant. Special mention for Akhim as he was ever so helpful and professional.
Fast check in, clean property, comfortable beds and clean facilities.
Only one thing that the clothes hangers seem to fall off the holders quite easily. Not a problem though, just a suggestion.

"A very cosy & modern hotel in a quiet & secure location with the loveliest yet professional staff. Spent a night during the work trip, was a perfect place to unwind despite being on the warmest day of the year! Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway.
