"This was a great little hotel where the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, walk in showers and soft beds. I had a small problem with my air conditioning on the second night, but the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, and even went so far as to upgrade me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast is varied, with a range of Eastern and Western options which varied slightly from day to day. The location is excellent - on a more secluded street, but close to both the lake and the more lively tourist areas. Overall, it's a great hotel, with dedicated staff who elevate the experience. "

"I had to cancel due to uk flights cancelled due to Middle East conflict. Hotels.com emailed the property to see if they would cancel and refund due to the circumstances beyond our control. The hotel chose to disregard the email completely. No response even out of courtesy even if to say no to refund "
