"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. "The rooms are very small and make it difficult to live out of a large suitcase. However, I will say that this is probably the quietest hotel that I have ever been in, which was unexpected in the heart of London. "We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London.
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized.
