"Historic property in a great location. The complimentary breakfast in the courtyard was delicious and a great way to start the day. Understand, as an Historical Inn, you may have to climb stairs and the rooms / bathrooms may be smaller than modern properties, but that is part of the charm. Highly recommend."

"Our innkeeper was very warm and welcoming and took the time to explain everything when we arrived. Our room was bigger than I expected and very clean with a huge beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was delicious ( so big that the second morning my husband and I just split 1 portion so we didn’t waste anything) my only complaint ( and it’s not really that bad, but I wish the morning coffee was a bit stronger, but that won’t keep me from going back there. ) Thanks for making our stay wonderful. "The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again."

"The perfect spot away from town. Quiet with an excellent view. Suite 9 has a huge bed and a private jacuzzi. Cleanliness is off the charts as is the service, really can’t ask for more. Quick walk to Yellow Kittens and Winfield’s but far enough away to avoid the noise. Already reserved for next year… this is the place, look no further. For the car guys - safe parking so you can bring your car without worry. "
