"Black mold, refridgerator was filled with ice and leaking, hidden switch to turn on heating plates (no guide to find it). Gaslighting service technician arrived after 3 hours and had no tools and just started hacking away with a knife on the ice and left instead of repairing the refridgerator door lip not sealing properly. Was told no other rooms were available and they were fully booked.
Lost all hope in finding solution with this place, as they knew these issues were present when renting it...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and responsiveness were exceptional from beginning to end. I was granted an incredibly early check-in and was already in my room before 11 AM, despite standard check-in being at 3 PM. After a long journey, that alone set the tone for a great stay.

Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion.
