"The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."

"Coco Plum Inn was wonderful! Conveniently located to everything in Key West. Breakfast was perfect. Overall, the property was relaxing and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful. I recommend the INN for couples and singles ready for an authentic Keys get away."

"Duval House is a lovely option to stay at in Key West. Just a nice walk to the downtown bar and restaurants. The backyard where a yummy breakfast is served is so pleasant. We met several nice people there. My only issue was with the air conditioner location in our room. It’s was right above our bed and kept me awake the first night. Fortunately I discovered a pair of ear plugs in my husband’s shaving kit, so I slept great the second night."

"Well, the room description doesnt state that there are a lot of very steep stairs to climb. I currently have mobility issues related to a fracture to my tibia i sustained last December. I called the resort on the way there to ask about a cancelation related to parking possibly being an issue. Note that at that time i wasnt even aware of the stairs to get to the room. I am revognized as handicap by the ADA. Keep in mind also the description of the property list the room we booked as handicap...

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ella's Cottages. The breakfast was fantastic! There was a variety of food offerings, all of which were fresh and tasty. Our room, although small, was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The one negative was having to pay a guest amenity fee totalling $50.56 ($45.00 + state and county tax fees) per day. It would be worth considering whether or not you are okay with paying the extra fee to stay here. I'm not sure we...

"The property staff were beyond friendly, helpful and professional. Craig in the front office was especially helpful and pleasant. The breakfast has a nice variety and very convenient. The overall property is cute. I did notice some things that needed to be fixed (broken drawer, etc). A solid option that is in a convenient location to walk all of downtown."
