"Highbridge is doing marvelous and the Staff human relations are excellent."

"We ended up in a wheel chair accessible room which confused us at first. It ended up being okay, but the way the bathroom was was strange. Staff was nice and friendly! Location was great as well."

"The room booked and the room checked in are wrong."

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"The room was clean, staff was friendly and was reasonably priced, especially for a last minute booking. I’d recommend!"

"I was looking for a place to stay for the night after a long day and did not want to drive home with all the late afternoon traffic and saw this hotel online. It met all my needs. it was clean, quiet and the personnel were friendly. Thank you"

"L'emplacement est parfait par contre l'hôtel mérite vraiment une rénovation, l'état des chambres est vraiment dégradé, le papier peint se décolle à certains endroits, il y a des tâches sur la moquette, la salle de bain est très petite et le mobilier inadapté. Les chambres sont aussi petites et il faisait très froid car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas encore! Vraiment dommage car cela a gâché notre séjour."

"Feels like a mix between a Victorian bed and breakfast and a very mid hotel. Front desk staff were friendly. Could hear others in their rooms. Bathroom is a 3 inch step up from the bedroom so tripped multiple times. Breakfast vouchers for everyone creates a very crowded experience in a small space in the morning."
