"It’s a gorgeous hotel in a very central location. Immaculately clean and well kept. My only complaint is that I needed help making a local call because my train had been delayed and my international ESIM didn’t include calls. Otherwise, you should have disclosed this in advance and reminded me at check in. Shame on you. This negates anything good about the hotel. How shameful!"

Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
