"A very basic motel, but it was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Small fridge and microwave. Much better in price than other properties near Bryce Canyon National Park where we went for hiking. The difference in price was worh the 25 minute drive."

"Everything was great except the water had not passed inspection in the area. There was some bottled water in the fridge. I was uncomfortable taking a shower there since the water hadn’t been completely cleared for e-coli. We should have been notified ahead of time. Had to go down the street for coffee."

"We were staying in Las Vegas and decided to hike Bryce Canyon. We did not want to pay too much money on the hotel as we had already paid money at our Vegas accommodation. The motel was only 30 minutes from Bryce. It was very inexpensive and perfect for our budget. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. It seemed safe. There was a restaurant on site where we ate breakfasts. It was a perfect place to sleep after hiking all day. I recommend this place to budget...

"Fireplace only lasts 2 hours and it was freezing at night. Front desk told us we couldn’t need the fire but it was 37 degrees at night. Kept having to wake up in the middle of the night to light the fire "

"Fun relaxing place with plenty of privacy. Google Maps sent us to the wrong place and there is no phone service in that area so it was tough finding it. Great place to glamp"

"In the first place I was billed an extra $26.50 to my credit card after already prepaying for my stay with no explanation for that charge. When we got to the room, the air conditioning didn’t work in the upstairs room of the bed and breakfast, and the owner took over 30 minutes to respond and ultimately insisted the air was working but never came to the property! It was 87 degrees outside and 80 in the room where we were assigned. I have pictures of the thermostat set at 67 and the inside...
