The primary let down was simply the treatment from the staff upon arrival. In particular it was the member of staff who checked us in who was very rude and unhelpful. "We arrived at 7pm. Come to find out refrigerator wasn’t working. Made the called at 8pm never responded to us till. 1am. I told the lady at the fed was late guest was in the room were my parent 78 and 71 . And she told me she didn’t want to re do everything since she already tried to move us to different room at 1am"

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

"The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. "

"Bunch of shops nearby. The particular room that we had looked like it was newly refurbished. We stay at this hotel every time we go to Hawaii and love the fully you could look at what you want I’m gonna equipped kitchenette. Centrally located this is our go to hotel every time we are in Hawaii. "

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. "
