"Got there 2:48pm. Women on front desk told me I couldn't check in until 3pm unless I was a member. When I asked do I really have to wait 12 minutes. When there was nobody else there she rudley said yes an wat hed me stand there for no reason. Miserable. Why would anybody be a member of somewhere like this. Bar area is filthy. Nachos of a night time just horrible. And the free drink. What free drink. I will never
use this place again. Room was OK but hotel needs to sort out the reception"

"The cleaning staff were lovely. The room was comfortable. However
when I booked and paid for this room it was The Bristol Hotel but by the time I got there it was a Leonardo Group establishment. Had I known this I would not have booked here as I have a moral objection to this hotel group for humanitarian reasons. I am so disappointed and angry and will never book this hotel again."
