"I booked this hotel near the Boston airport based on the online pictures and reviews, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely outdated and nothing like the photos. The beds were very uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises every time someone sat down or moved. The room overall did not feel clean at all. There were stains in multiple areas, the bathroom looked dirty, and there was even someone’s undergarment still hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. There wasn’t even proper hand soap at the sink — only a small face soap sitting there. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. The room cost over $230, plus an additional $30 for parking, and they even wanted another $4.50 per day just to use Wi-Fi. Customer service was also poor. The front desk employee was rude, unwelcoming, and seemed bothered whenever we asked questions. Overall, this stay was nowhere near worth the money. I would never book this hotel again, and I would strongly recommend future guests read reviews carefully and consider booking somewhere else if they expect a clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay."

"I made my reservation over 6 months ago for my graduation. To my surprise I got to the hotel & there were no more rooms so they sent me to the Courtyard. Not sure why they weren’t prepared for the amount of people coming in town for the graduation but they should have been. Not a good look for them & not the way I wanted to start my graduation weekend. I will NOT EVER recommend someone staying at that hotel."

"The room was nice, clean and spacious. There were no explanations about how the phone or TV screen worked, and it was needed. The phone did not work right and was not fixed despite my reporting it. There was no paper provided to make any notes or anything else. There was a master electric switch but no explanation so I had to ask in order to get things to work which I thought did not work. They seemed surprised at my need to inquire about all these things. The restaurant was nice. The car charge in the garage would have been nice if they didn't charge four times the usual fee for charges, which was a disgusting thing to do."

"It’s in a weird area with strip malls and an Amazon distribution center, nothing to walk to. And we were annoyed about the $20/car/day parking fee, which was not really noted - Expedia “fine print” says it may be charged for “extended stays,” but we were there only one night and it was required! I’d say it is a totally average and fine Comfort Inn, but nothing special for the price."

"The hotel was old but well maintained. Breakfast was limited in choice but was fine. We stayed in April, on the 2nd floor and it was quite warm. There was no air conditioner in the room which would have helped to cool the room down. We opened the windows. There is no elevator on premises and if mobility is an issue you will need to book a room on the first floor. It might be a little noisy because 3 of the rooms are near where breakfast is served and where guests may gather in the evening. Only complaint was that there is no early check in available. Check in time is 4:00 PM and they are strict about this. I believe the reason for this is that they have limited staff available and they are only on premises at certain times of the day. The location is convenient if you are visiting family at The Mariner which is an independent/assisted living facility."
