"Great location; close to Chesterton and to the Dunes. The property makes you smile when you drive up---beautiful grounds and trees. It definitely has an OG vibe; and for me, that was a good thing. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Some things needed upgrades and some TLC, but I think they were working on it. Outstanding value for the price!!"

"If I could give this 0 stars, that would still be too many. I checked in around 11:45 pm. I'll start by saying yes, it's under construction & it was a disaster. Was told floors 3 & 4 were completed, but I was given a room on floor 2 . There were only 6 cars in the parking lot at 11:45pm so it was weird I couldn't have an updated room. "This place was very sketchy. Majority of the people staying there were sketchy as well. Continental Breakfast was basic nothing special. The pool was definitely not maintained and you can see lots of rust and had a funny smell."
