"The staff was great! Very helpful and willing to help! The room was great as well, everything was clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom counter was dirty, the mirror and the bathtub seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. We put a towel on the bathtub to not put our feet on that dirty bathtub. You could see the dirt and grime from afar. We didn't let the staff know because we were in a hurry but please fix that for the next guests."

"We travel to Santiago de Los caballeros from New Jersey. The hotel is in a very central area,very safe there are two malls near by.
