"Mi estancia en este hotel fue simplemente inolvidable. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención del personal: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Desde la recepción hasta el restaurante, todos hicieron que me sintiera bienvenida y cuidada. Se nota el compromiso con la calidad del servicio. ¡Gracias por hacerme sentir como en casa! "I had an amazing time, One thing i would say is the checking process needs to be improved as with other resort that stands out they make you feel special the minute you walk in, they get your passport or checking information, put you to sit down and give you something to drink etc come check up on you can tell you how the checkin process is going ..... here at breathless it was't that way, you stayed in line, some people get the treatment like larger group someone will come up and say let me get your passport, and the mini bar in the front desk did not cather for everyone, they give welcome drink to selective people .... i am only writing here so they can improve. Overall Experience however was excellent, Property cleanliness is top notch and super friendly staff, i even got a free coconut from one of the maintaince person task with picking the coconut from the tree early in the morning. i would recommend this place. "

"Upon entering Excellence Punta Cana, we were greeted by a receptionist that provide us a cold towel, while taking our bags, and directing us to the front desk. The view of the the ocean was visible, at this point, and it was incredible! After checking in with the hotel receptionist, we were immediately upgraded from a garden view location to a private pool location view, at no additional charge. We were only asked to rate the reception at a secure Excellence website. Needless to say, the receptionist was very helpful and provided us a great deal of information. The service at this hotel was amazing. The food was spectacular, and everyone that worked at the hotel, we had interactions with, were very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The housekeeping staff dud an incredible job and they were always done by the time we returned in the afternoon, before leaving again. We have been to Punta Cana, on several occasions, for vacation and stayed at many different resorts. This, by far, was the most comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful! The entertainment provided at night was also quite spectacular. Finally, the views of the ocean from the situated shaded seating/resting areas were almost unreal. He would highly recommend my excellence experience to anyone. I know I will be returning there again soon."
