"All the staff went above and beyond, they were kind and very helpful. Lynn Yeo helped us with our check-in, and it was smooth sailing. Truly satisfied with their services.
The location is also in the middle of Hongdae, close to restaurants, a convenience store, and shops. "

"The hotel rules very strict, we can not sit on the sofa when we want to have discussion with my customer. The staff do not allow us to wear hotel sandals to the breakfast room, but this rule was not consistent, i can see some other people can wear the sandals. Quite annoying. Anothet negative is that, the rooms are not cleaned properly, i can see that the strings and hairs on the carpet was there for a few days in my room, which shows that the carpet was not cleaned at all. But the positive point...

"I only stayed here for 1 night but immediately it was apparent how lovely the manager was. He was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located on the 5th floor with many steps and he came down to help with luggage. Also, we had a query and we messaged him and he responded swiftly. Whats more is, the hotel was very clean and located in an area which has everything you need."

"Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are very helpful as well and easy to communicate with. I didn't use any of their breakfast/tea and coffee amenities but everything I needed was already provided.
Location was ideal for getting around Seoul and accommodation and surroundings were relatively quiet despite the proximity to clubs and other social venues.
Would definitely consider this accommodation again when returning to Seoul in the future."

"スタッ フの方が本当に親切でした！
チェックアウト後も14:00までなら預け荷物無料でした。それ以降は10,000wだったかな？
唯一残念だったのが、シャワー室の床がビッショビショで、服を脱いだり歯ブラシする時に足が濡れるのが不快でした。土足で入っている方もいたので、水場用のスリッパなどあるといいかなと思いました。
ベットルームは清潔で耳栓をすれば音も気にならず爆睡出来ました。ありがとうございました！"
