"The room was large with plenty of drawers and storage room. We had reserved a room with a king bed, but, upon check-in, were told there were no rooms with king beds available, so they gave us one with 2 queen beds. The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast consisted of pre-made mini omelets and cold cuts, breads, biscuits, make-your-own waffles, fruits, juices, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal. Location is very good, close to all the businesses on Lake Mary...

"this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."
